SpaceX has submitted documents to relocate its business incorporation from Delaware to Texas, a change following a Delaware judge’s decision to void CEO Elon Musk a $55 billion Tesla pay package, as per a Bloomberg report. The move is something Musk has openly discussed, most recently posting the news on his social platform X. Along with moving SpaceX, Musk also relocated Neuralink from Delaware to Nevada, except transferring Tesla’s headquarters might prove trickier. Despite its complications, Musk announced the plan to move Tesla’s headquarters to Austin from Silicon Valley in 2021. So, the future for Tesla, SpaceX, and Neuralink all seem to point to Texas.
